What You Will Learn
Our interactive, hands-on training covers a wide array of life-saving skills aligned with the latest AHA guidelines. Key skills include:
High-Quality CPR: Performing effective chest compressions and ventilations for adults, children, and infants.
AED Operation: Safe, early, and correct use of an Automated External Defibrillator across all age groups.
Choking Relief: Quickly recognizing and clearing severe airway obstructions for adults, children, and infants.
First Aid Fundamentals: Assessing an emergency scene, calling for help, finding the problem, and safely using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Medical Emergencies: Recognizing and assisting with sudden illnesses such as heart attacks, strokes, breathing problems, allergic reactions, seizures, and diabetic emergencies.
Injury Emergencies: Managing severe external bleeding, utilizing tourniquets, treating shock, and caring for wounds, sprains, and broken bones.
Environmental Emergencies: Safely responding to bites, stings, heat- or cold-related illnesses, and poison exposures.

Course Details
Certification: Earn an official AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED eCard (valid for two years) upon successful completion of the course and hands-on skills testing.

Instructor-Led: A traditional, fully in-person class featuring hands-on practice, first aid scenarios, and real-time guidance.
Blended Learning: Complete the cognitive learning and first aid theory online at your own pace, followed by an in-person, hands-on skills testing session at our training center.
